Lærke is a Shopify-embedded chat assistant built by Spartahive. We built it because generic chatbots get product details wrong, ignore your policies, and never improve.
How it works for you
- Install from the Shopify App Store. Enable the chat bubble in your theme editor under "App embeds". The bubble appears on every storefront page.
- Configure the bot's personality. Name, welcome message, tone, allowed and forbidden topics, suggested starter questions, and everything else from a single Settings page in your admin.
- Shoppers ask, the bot answers. It pulls real product, collection, and policy information from your store — never generic guesses — and replies in the shopper's own language.
- Review and correct. Every conversation shows up in your admin. When an answer isn't quite right, edit it once and mark it for training. The bot uses your edit as a guide for similar questions going forward.
What makes Lærke different
The bot draws from your actual catalog, collections, and policies on every reply — no hallucinated product details, no made-up shipping rules, no out-of-stock items being recommended.
You don't need to write a system prompt or train a model. Just correct answers as they come in — the bot improves automatically by referencing your corrections on similar future questions.
Choose a tone preset or write your own. Set response length, enable emojis, address customers formally or casually, add a brand sign-off, and customise the chat bubble's colour, icon, position, and avatar — all without code.
Opt in to let signed-in shoppers ask about their own order status, tracking, and history — securely, without leaving the chat. Disabled by default; toggle on when you're ready.
Lærke records which orders contained a product it recommended and shows you attributed revenue, AI-assisted order counts, items sold via recommendation, and how average order value compares to the rest — so you can see exactly what the assistant is worth.
All Lærke servers are in the EU; conversations are retained for 90 days, then deleted. The chat assistant never tracks or profiles your shoppers across sessions. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
